These terms cover Splivix Ads Research, an internal tool operated by Splivix. They describe permitted use of the tool and do not replace a separate agreement for Splivix services.
Authorized access
Use is limited to authorized members of the Splivix team. Only connect Google Ads accounts that you have permission to access and analyze for the requested work. Do not share credentials, bypass access restrictions or use the tool to obtain information from accounts without permission.
Purpose and limitations
The tool retrieves Google Ads information for reporting and research. The current integration exposes read and research functions and does not create ads or change campaign budgets. Some features require additional Google API approval and may not be available.
Reports, keyword estimates and AI-generated interpretations can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review the underlying data and verify findings before making decisions. Search volume and bid estimates do not guarantee traffic, pricing or campaign results. Campaign actions are taken separately by an authorized person.
Data and privacy
Use account data only for authorized work and follow the Ads Research privacy policy, which explains Google data access, local storage and processing in Codex by OpenAI. Do not include credentials in analysis prompts or share reports beyond authorized recipients.
Google authorization can be revoked through your Google Account. Previously saved reports and conversations must be deleted separately using the relevant local and service-provider controls.
Availability
The tool depends on Google APIs, local software and analysis services. Features and availability can change due to API permissions, quotas, outages or software updates. Splivix may pause access to investigate misuse or protect connected account information.
