Splivix Ads Research is an internal tool operated by Splivix for authorized team members. This policy covers its connection to Google Ads and analysis of Google Ads information.
Information we access
With your Google authorization, we access Google Ads accounts available to you, including account identifiers and settings, campaign and ad information, and reporting metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks and conversions. When API access permits, we also retrieve keyword ideas, historical search volumes and bid estimates.
Google provides OAuth tokens so the application can connect without receiving your Google password. The Google Ads authorization scope can permit account changes; the current Splivix integration exposes only read and research tools.
How we use it
We use this information to answer requested research questions, review advertising performance and prepare reports for authorized Splivix work. We do not sell Google user data, use it for ad targeting, or use it to train generalized AI models.
Splivix Ads Research’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored locally on the authorized computer with restricted file permissions. Access is limited to authorized personnel. We do not operate a public database of connected Google Ads accounts for this tool.
Report results can remain in local files and Codex conversation history until deleted. We retain credentials only while the connection is needed, and reports only while needed for authorized work. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete previously saved reports or conversations; those must be deleted separately.
Your choices
You can disconnect the tool through your Google Account connections. This prevents future access through the revoked authorization. You can also ask us to delete locally stored credentials and reports under our control, or request access to or correction of your information.
Deletion of Codex conversations and provider-stored information is handled through the applicable provider controls. Contact us for help identifying and removing tool-related information.
Contact and updates
For privacy questions or deletion requests, email diego.ornelas@splivix.com. Splivix is based in San Antonio, Texas.
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes to Google data access or use will be communicated before applying them, with renewed consent where required.
