Your project manager coordinates the next steps
You get a named project manager from day one. Someone who learns your organization, keeps the work moving, and makes sure you always know what’s next.
Before work begins, we agree on the responsibilities and cost. As your organization grows, you keep the team that knows your systems, your priorities, and why things were built that way.
Talk through your starting pointOur team brings backgrounds in software engineering, cybersecurity, and AI. Your project manager coordinates their work and explains it in plain language.
You shouldn’t need a big-company budget to get a dependable team. Our entry plans make space for the essentials, so you can build a strong foundation early.
As you grow, more customers, people, and daily work depend on your systems. Higher plans give us a broader role in keeping those systems useful and planning what comes next.
The relationship stays. The responsibilities expand.
Your website, ongoing care, and help getting found. A practical starting point without hiring an entire team.
Add one agreed project at a time, from estimate follow-ups to connected customer records. We handle the build and plan the next step.
Broader systems oversight, vendor and security reviews, and proactive planning. At Scale, two projects can move forward together.
Website care, agreed improvements, and a team that knows your setup. Your plan defines the ongoing work, even when there isn’t a new build underway.
A practical starting point today. More responsibility in our hands as you grow.
Plans use organization size to set the starting level of support. Each step expands what we take care of.

We’re easy to talk toSplivix is a service team. We do the agreed website, marketing, and technology work for you on a monthly plan. Your project manager coordinates the work, and our engineers handle the technical details.
Tell us what you already use. We’ll review what can be kept, what needs attention, and whether a rebuild or connection is worthwhile before agreeing on the work.
No. Foundation and Growth focus on the website, care, and visibility described in each plan. Custom projects start with Build, where we agree on one project or phase at a time. Third-party software and usage costs are separate.
No. Start with the problem you’re experiencing or the thing you want to make possible. We’ll help you decide what matters, what can wait, and what the next practical step looks like.
Enterprise is for business owners and operators. Cares is built around nonprofits and includes an accessible Foundation plan. Both are supported by the same engineering team and relationship-led approach.
Our plans are tied to organization size, with broader responsibilities and support at the higher bands. Before you join, we agree on how size is measured, when it is reviewed, and how a change affects your plan and price. As your partnership expands, you keep the context we’ve built together. Ordinary plan changes don’t mean paying to onboard again.
We want professional support to be accessible before an organization can support an entire internal team. Our lower plans focus on the essentials. Larger partnerships include broader systems oversight, proactive planning, and engineering capacity. The higher price comes with an expanded set of responsibilities, agreed together.
Your partnership also covers the ongoing work included in your plan: website care, search improvements, keeping agreed systems working, and coordinating next steps. Higher plans add proactive reviews and planning. We agree on that recurring work so you know what the team is responsible for between builds.
We work on one agreed project or phase at a time. When it ships, the next priority moves forward. Larger ideas are broken into useful stages, with scope and timing agreed before work begins.
Absolutely. A good foundation is a sensible place to begin. We’ll work out whether Foundation for an eligible nonprofit, Growth, or a separately scoped engagement is the right fit.
