HOW WORKING TOGETHER WORKS

You bring the problem.
We work out the next step.

You get a named project manager from day one. Someone who learns your organization, keeps the work moving, and makes sure you always know what’s next.

Before work begins, we agree on the responsibilities and cost. As your organization grows, you keep the team that knows your systems, your priorities, and why things were built that way.

WHY OUR PARTNERSHIP GROWS WITH YOU

Start smaller.
Build trust.
Keep growing together.

A small nonprofit deserves good support, even with a small budget. Our entry plans make space for the essentials, so you can build a strong foundation early.

As your mission reaches more people, there may be more programs, supporter information, and staff workflows to look after. Higher plans give us a broader role in that work.

The relationship stays. The responsibilities expand.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Have something else on your mind?

We’re easy to talk to
Is Splivix software, an agency, or a team I hire?

Splivix is a service team. We do the agreed website, marketing, and technology work for you on a monthly plan. Your project manager coordinates the work, and our engineers handle the technical details.

Can you work with our existing website and tools?

Tell us what you already use. We’ll review what can be kept, what needs attention, and whether a rebuild or connection is worthwhile before agreeing on the work.

Does every plan include custom software and automation?

No. Foundation and Growth focus on the website, care, and visibility described in each plan. Custom projects start with Build, where we agree on one project or phase at a time. Third-party software and usage costs are separate.

Do I need to know what technology I need?

No. Start with the problem you’re experiencing or the thing you want to make possible. We’ll help you decide what matters, what can wait, and what the next practical step looks like.

Who is Splivix Cares for?

Cares is for nonprofit leaders who want a more credible website, more visibility, and more capacity for their mission. Foundation is our nonprofit-only starting point; eligibility and fit are discussed together.

How does pricing change as we grow?

Our plans are tied to organization size, with broader responsibilities and support at the higher bands. Before you join, we agree on how size is measured, when it is reviewed, and how a change affects your plan and price. As your partnership expands, you keep the context we’ve built together. Ordinary plan changes don’t mean paying to onboard again.

Why do smaller organizations pay less?

We want professional support to be accessible before an organization can support an entire internal team. Our lower plans focus on the essentials. Larger partnerships include broader systems oversight, proactive planning, and engineering capacity. The higher price comes with an expanded set of responsibilities, agreed together.

What are we paying for when there isn’t a new project?

Your partnership also covers the ongoing work included in your plan: website care, search improvements, keeping agreed systems working, and coordinating next steps. Higher plans add proactive reviews and planning. We agree on that recurring work so you know what the team is responsible for between builds.

What does “one agreed project” mean?

We work on one agreed project or phase at a time. When it ships, the next priority moves forward. Larger ideas are broken into useful stages, with scope and timing agreed before work begins.

Can we start with just a website?

Absolutely. A good foundation is a sensible place to begin. We’ll work out whether Foundation for an eligible nonprofit, Growth, or a separately scoped engagement is the right fit.
